Serengeti Heroes Safaris Booking Policies
Deposits:
To secure your spot, a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of 30% is required. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express Credit Cards, for the initial deposit.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Cancellation must be communicated in writing to Serengeti Heroes Safaris. Upon receipt of the cancellation notice, refunds will be issued according to the following schedule, subtracted from the total land-only price:
- 91 days or more before departure: Cancellation fees equal the deposit amount.
- 90 to 61 days before departure: 50% of the package price is non-refundable.
- 60 to 46 days before departure: 65% of the package price is non-refundable.
- 45 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price is non-refundable.
Within 90 days of departure, cancellation fees will apply. Additionally, you may be liable for any fees imposed by hotels, airlines, etc., exceeding your land arrangements due to your cancellation of the original booking date. Please note that no refunds will be provided for unused meals, hotel rooms, airport transfers, etc., under any circumstances.
Price Adjustments:
Serengeti Heroes Safaris reserves the right to adjust tour prices in response to factors such as airfare changes, currency fluctuations, park fee adjustments, fuel surcharges, taxes, etc. Tour itineraries may be altered without prior notice.
Additional Expenses:
Trip members are responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for the trip (e.g., visa fees, immunizations, insurance, equipment, etc.). Serengeti Heroes Safaris is not liable for any additional travel arrangements required if trip members depart from home before the group departure date. Accommodation arrangements are subject to change.
